Project Aatmanirbhar

Before we could establish the small business, the girls had to learn sewing. I brought in local teachers from the nearby village, that could help them out. After learning and practicing with someone else's sewing machine, it was time they got their own. I reached out to a group of high school students, who were willing to raise funds for this cause. I set up a fundraiser on ketto, and 6 of us were able to raise 18K in a week's time. These funds were used to provide raw materials and sewing machines to the girls.
